Didn’t realize I signed up for the annual plan, signed up intending to get the monthly plan at $12.95/mo. Got charged $155.40 to my card on June 14th instead.

Tried to open a support ticket about it on their site but kept getting "Your session has expired. Please refresh the page and try again." — couldn't get past it even after refreshing.

Already sent a refund request via email since the ticket system wasn't working. Anyone else run into this, or have tips on getting a faster response from their support?

EDIT: They responded quickly and are converting my subscription to the summer deal, stacking 5+ summer deals to use up what I paid. Great resolution, awesome company to deal with.
