Sharing some of my signed jerseys
Just some history on these pieces.
2016-17 Pumas Mural Jersey:
Probably my most prized possession. I got to meet Hugo Sánchez last year at a meet and greet. He took the time to talk to my wife and me and we got a bunch of stuff signed. He was already an S tier legend in my eyes, but just the casual experience of meeting him took it up another level.
2021-22 Manchester United Ronaldo Jersey:
Bought this one directly from the Manchester United online store and it was fulfilled through Fanatics. My goat.
2024 LAFC Archive Bouanga Jersey:
Got to meet Denis at a meet and greet last year. Really cool guy. He even asked me where I wanted the auto and what color Sharpie I wanted him to use. I really need to steam out the creases tho.
2004-06 Manchester United:
My oldest surviving jersey. I bought it back in 2006 in Mexico City from Martí using my dad’s money. Got it signed in 2017 at UCLA during their preseason summer tour. Autos from Jesse Lingard, Phil Jones, Juan Mata, Ashley Young and Chris Smalling.
2012-13 Pumas Third Jersey:
Got this one signed by Aílton da Silva and Parejita López at a charity legends game in Orange County.
2018 Pumas Día de Muertos/La Rebel Jersey:
Signed by Hugo at the same meet and greet. This jersey was a gift from family, so I brought it along to make it extra special.
Still need to get the last two framed eventually.
