Last night my ear started hurting and has progressively gotten much worse, its extremely painful and feels like its doing to explode and imploded at the same time. I can't hear out that ear very well now and its got this weird wet crackling popping sound. I did take some pictures throughout the night with an ear cleaning camera but they aren't very good sorry.

Does anyone think they know what's wrong with it??

Any help would really be appreciated thanks.
