3rd time remaking these.. not sure where I’m going wrong

New impression vs previous impression +grill. For context my client has a small tooth with gaps either side, they want a window around it and then a solid cap next to it on the canine. I’ve remade these 3 times and each time they don’t fit right. The last time I think I over polished the insides- or didn’t carve the gumline up enough so the shrinkage made it too small to clip upwards on the incisor tooth. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

10k gold, 4 sprues, $200 for the raw casting alone. I’ve never had this issue before (photo included for reference of a previous set on the same client)

These don’t fit on the mould even a little bit which was not the case when I dropped the wax up off- I made sure to account for any shrinkage too. They Offered $25 in credits for melting down the gold so I have to pay pretty much another $200 again.. Am I bugging? 🥲

I’m a beginner at CAD design for tooth + body jewelry. Do I need a desktop set up to be able to fully learn or is it possible with an iPad? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙏
