hi everyone! i'm a transfer student planning to transfer in as a junior in fall 2026. however, i'm not planning to live on campus. what are the best areas to live for students that are both safe and reasonably affordable? id also love to know which neighborhoods are the most popular with students and if there are any areas I should avoid. thankyouuu!
