Hey Mark, remember Vault 22?

In Fallout New Vegas, Vault 22's inhabitants got turned into plant-humanoid monsters after their research went catastrophically wrong. They lurk unmoving in the patches of high grass in the vault's corridors and ambush the player like zombies in ghillie suits, undetectable until they're biting your face off.

I want to do something similar to my players, and was wondering if you have some statblocks that would fit this profile?

Using the chance, I also want to say you're doing great work, you're my favorite source of npc statblocks since I found this place.

What scroll would be the worst to cast 10.000 of?

Imagine your PCs have a magic sticker that they can stick onto a spell scroll and make it repeat the spell or effect ten thousand times when it's cast. The repetitions are near-immediate and with the same parameters (allowing for things like 'create the next gallon of water next to this existing one instead of inside it').

What would be the worst spell scroll to stick this sticker on? What would be the most amusing? The most world-shattering?

Before some of you say Summon Tarrasque, I'd say the sticker would make that scroll summon the same tarrasque to the same location 10.000 times in a row. The same would go for any spell that calls an existing thing and doesn't change it on the way.

I'm mainly looking for dnd 5e solutions, but I'll welcome other games, especially pathfinder which I know has some interesting spells.
