Hi all, as it gets hotter out I’ve noticed that my Jetta has difficulty locking when I use the fob in hot weather (90F+). The only way I’ve gotten it to lock is by going up real close and spamming the unlock button and then pressing the lock button. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the horn sounds super weak when it’s hot out too. This is super annoying and I want to fix it ASAP! If anyone has suggestions I’d really appreciate them, thanks!!

Hi all! My Jetta (2011 2.0L NA 6AT) is coming up on 150,000 miles soon (527 to go!!) and I was wondering what on the car I should service. As far as I know the only things that have been replaced on this car are the water pump and the timing belt at 100k, as well as regular oil changes. I want to keep this car running as long as possible so any recommendations would help!
