With Powerterm no longer available to purchase , is there an alternative local terminal emulation client that can be used with IGEL OS? I have seen some options but they all seem to require a server install and are accessed via browser.

SZBox w6 n100 fan repair/replacement

Have an awful sounding noise coming from the fan on this mini pc. I began opening it up but the fan seems to be under the motherboard. How do I get the motherboard out to check the fan and would anyone know which replacement fan I should order for this unit?
