Why is it that it feels like prayagraj is filled with old people 💔 I almost never come across teenagers

Every other person my age btw m 16 has a GROUP a whole ass group of friends , I see people hanging out w their group nd I feel like maine aisa kya kiya bhai pichle janam mein ki mere ni ban ra koi friend group
