no you CANT😭😭 i realized too late i didn't have elbow pasta for my Mac Salad and thought, "wait i do have three boxes of mac and cheese" that were like $1. the noodles are different in a weird way I CANT DESCRIBE IT BUT TRUST ME literally just go to the store. i hate wasting food so i feel v bad abt this. kms bc WHY WOULDNT THEY BE THE SAME
