After a decade in the ER I'll be moving into derm. I'm excited but nervous obviously. There's alot of soft skills from emergency medicine I think will play to my advantage. Any advice for a not new PA who is new to derm?

Practice will be medical . Salary ( or 30%) hope to hit 35 ppd by year 3
