Would Cuba not benefit more if all sanctions and embargos ended?

Im asking this as a genuine question.

Yes life for the average cuban would improve, even if you believe the government would take most of the proceedings , fact is easier trade benefits everyone. Every government loves money, tourists , trade all would up lift the economy, to what levels. The cuban government for many years has used the embargo as an excuse for its poor economic growth, that excused will be removed.

Embargos and sanctions to starve out the regime and spark change hasnt worked , letting cuba grow withour restrictions i believe would let it change slowly over the course of 100 years and slowly restore freedom to the people through economic liberties .

Ukraine should have been allowed to attack Russian soil from the start without regards to war crime laws

The best way to deter an invader is to make them feel the damage back home, taking over a country is much more difficult than causing damage. Just like how Russia attacked Ukrainian land and destroyed their infrastructure and everything, Ukraine should have been allowed to attack Russian soil and not just defend their territory.

The best ways to make Russians regret the war is by making them take casualties back at home. Otherwise Youre letting your enemy have the free infrastructure to build anything they want as they invade your home.

Drone strikes ahould have been allowed at hospitals, electricity and anything that would inconvenience russia and their citizens. There is no reason by countries getting invaded military should succumb to the same war laws.

I understand that civilians would be affected but so were Ukranian civilians affected when the Russians invaded. Want to stop Ukrainians from targeting your energy resources and hospitals? Then stop invading. Its that simple.
