Pelvic pressure and always feeling poop urgency 🫠
Anyone else get really intense pelvic pressure and feeling like their colon is constantly holding stool? + then having to sit in the toilet forever to have to go & push?
It definitely eases when I am strict low fermentation. Would love to know if anyone else experiences this
