I am not sure who this is (genuinely could be a sock acct) or if she even has credentials as she alludes to - however this level of parasocial behaviour definitely needs to be studied. It looks like Bailey Paul popped on to her TikTok yesterday and responded to a commenter saying she should go private “if the rumours were true” - that comment was left 7-19 so it’s safe to assume that refers to the stephgotdeets rumour that Bailey/Baileys friend leaked the DCFS reports.
