ranking of hustle seasons- going to get controversial

2 > 5 > 4 > 1 > 3

This is going to be SO controversial, pls hear me out.

I’m convinced people rank S1 so high only because of the nostalgia and the memory obsession. I watched it for the first time after S2, and while it was good, in the top 3? Nah, man.

Season 2 is absolutely GOATED. I was hooked from Paradox’s very first performance, and the season only went uphill from there. Nothing even comes close to how good it was. I will stand by this forever.

S5 is SO overhated. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this connected to a group of people on this show. Maybe it was watching Para become the best squad boss, or maybe it was discovering some of my absolute favourites: Kai, Parv, Dhadkan, Sicklot, Bhakta and Siroyi. Whatever it was, this season just HIT DIFFERENT for me.

I genuinely want to rewatch it because the highs were SO high, and even the lows made the journey feel that much more personal. Yes, there were fumbles. Yes, the execution could’ve been better. But I have almost every other song from this season on my playlist, so you KNOW it did something right. 😭 This season just means more to me, and I don't think people give it enough credit for that.

Now, about S4. I have some absolute masterpieces from this season on my playlist, and some of my ALL-TIME favourite artists came from it. But when it comes to actually connecting with the season as a whole, I just didn’t. I wasn’t invested enough in anyone’s journey to feel that attachment or want to rewatch it. The top 3 also felt VERY predictable from the beginning.

Honestly, the reason S4 is still this high for me is the sheer number of goated tracks it gave us. And I think the reason it ranks so high for a lot of people is Sujal. And damn well so. 😭

S5 over S4 for me, and it's not even just about the music. I connected with the people, their journeys, and the season as a whole in a way I didn't with S4. And at the end of the day, that matters to me more than a technically cleaner season ever could.

The dog stunt- misunderstood and claimed as 'unfair'

Lets start with- no abusing, no fanwars and no taking it personally. this is one opinion so chill.

i saw a lott of posts and comments saying farhana and ruhi had a disadvantage because they weighed less and I actually disagree with this take. The argument that being taller, wider and more muscular automatically gives someone an advantage doesn't really account for what the stunt demands.

In a sumo suit, being heavier and more muscular can become a disadvantage once you lose your balance, because you're not just trying to recover your own body weight, but the added weight and bulk of the suit as well. The momentum of a heavier body can work against you when you're trying to regain control.

And the whole keys thing was essentially luck, so I don't think that can really be used to argue that one contestant had a physical advantage over another.

Also, look at Bharti. She was the heavier contestant and literally broke her leg because of how hard/high the fall was. That itself shows that being heavier isn't some straightforward advantage in a stunt like this. The impact and momentum can make the fall considerably more dangerous.

And in this particular comparison, Rubina and Ruhaanika are actually in a similar weight category, so calling the result unfair simply because Karan is bigger and more muscular oversimplifies how the stunt actually works.

I know yall love Farhana, but not every loss of her needs to be treated as someone sabotaging her on purpose. We all have bad luck sometimes.

My TOP 4 best controversies until now

Season 12: peak underrated season btw

Rubina accusing Kanika of cheating and using her phone to Google how to tame an ostrich, only for Kanika to blatantly deny it. She even had contestants like Pratik backing her, arguing that Rubina had already won the task, so why was she still dragging it? Except... later it was literally confirmed that Kanika had used a staff member's phone to Google ostrich-taming “cheat codes.” 😭

And the way Kanika tried to apologise with a cameraman conveniently standing behind her, only for Rubina to shut the entire thing down? Cinema.

Vikas Gupta's Disqualification, Season 9

This was a comfort season for me, so this moment is permanently engraved in my brain. Taking adrenaline injections to the point where it nearly could have caused a heart attack, and then having the audacity to compare it to contestants drinking protein shakes???

Brutal. Absolutely brutal.

Sourabh Raaj Jain's Elimination Drama, Season 11

This one genuinely had me crying because Sourabh Jain had literally never been in elimination until Arjun Bijlani decided to use an advantage he had, which ultimately sent Sourabh home.

That was what heartbreak looked like. I would trade a million Jasmines and Ritwiks just to see Sourabh back on KKK. 😭

Ritwik calling Hina's finalist spot “luck”

Ritwik really said Hina got there because she had the “easy” tasks, which was backed up by Nia, who, mind you, was eliminated THREE TIMES in Season 8.

And then Ravi Dubey accusing Nia of having less “current” in the task than Ritwik because apparently she wasn't screaming loudly enough. 😭

Rohit Shetty shutting that down was SO HOT.

Also, this is exactly why I call that Ritwik-Ravi duo toxic. Because apparently a woman displaying better pain tolerance than you has to mean she isn't giving enough “current.” Couldn't handle a woman simply being better at something.

Bonus: Asim Riaz's entire drama

All I have to say is... brother. 😭

It was genuinely uncomfortable to watch.

And Shagun's allegations too, if i can add, because that whole thing caused a massive digital stir.

But honestly? Don't kill me, but this season is SO vanilla.

I'm bored.

Drop your underrated KKK S15 opinions that will get you cancelled:

Drop your underrated KKK S15 opinions that will get you cancelled:

  1. Jasmine is a pain to watch. In her own season, she performed only a handful of stunts well, and even in this season, she barely performs. But because she has this “cute girl” image, she gets away with being rude and barely performing.
  2. Ruhanika is overglazed. I get it, she’s 19. But so were Anuska and Jannat. As someone who watched Jannat absolutely ace KKK at 18, and Wahi do the same in his mid-40s, I don’t really buy the age hype. Being young doesn’t automatically make someone an exceptional contestant.
  3. Farhana is a good contestant, but she is NOT the strongest female contestant in KKK, or even close to the list. We’ve seen contestants like Nia, Hina, Rubina, Teja, Divyanka, etc. perform across different types of stunts. Somewhere, I feel the love for Farhana pours over from her BB fanbase. She does well with height-based performances, but animal stunts freak her out, we haven’t really seen her do water stunts, and she couldn’t handle the current stunt. So where exactly is the “strongest KKK contestant” narrative coming from?
  4. GK hit the luckpot. Hear me out. When you see someone getting unnecessary hate, you automatically start feeling protective of them. From the fake bully accusations to the constant on-screen jokes about him, from getting little appreciation from his teammates to still performing decently, you eventually start feeling bad for the guy. He basically won hearts by being labelled “underrated.”
  5. Wahi > Ritwik. WHO SAID THAT? Me. Ritwik loses his cool so often that the mastermind image he built starts to fall apart. I’ve always seen Wahi act impulsively, but I’ve never really seen him lose his cool on others the way Ritwik does. And Ritwik has shown flashes of this personality since Season 8, when he claimed Hina won tasks because of luck.
  6. Orry gets away w everything. Let’s be honest. He was an unexpectedly good addition to the show, but because he acts cutesy, speaks in broken English, and has this feminine little-boy aura, he gets away with saying things that others would probably get dragged for. He can perform badly and blame it on his own team. He can comment on other people performing badly. He gets to glaze whoever he wants and dislike whoever he wants, and somehow it’s always treated as entertaining.
  7. So you’re telling me someone can absolutely perform like shit and still get saved because they’re on a good team? This is by far getting boring. I’m tired of watching people survive because of team dynamics instead of their own performance. I actually agree with GK on this one. Some contestants really are surviving in a “jhund,” and it takes away from the whole point of an individual stunt-based show.

GK & Farhana are the best cheer captains!

I’ve noticed this since the very first episode, but these two cheer the hardest not just for their own team, but for the opposite team too, and it is honestly so cute to watch.

It’s not just great sportsmanship, it also shows how grounded and secure you are as a person. When you see contestants like Avika wishing for her opponent to leave the stunt midway, or Jasmine making negative comments about the other team, you can’t help but feel that weird negative aura.

And then you have people like these two, who go into the stunt, perform like absolute champs, and then turn around and cheer just as loudly for everyone else. There’s something so genuinely wholesome about that.

It’s heartwarming, and honestly, so underappreciated.

PS: GK cheering the loudest for Farhana during yesterday’s task, and Farhana going to GK during the pellets task when literally no one else did. Y’all, THIS is peak, peak sportsmanship. 🥹

Ritwik & Wahi appreciation post

Whenever the conversation around the best performers of S15 comes up, Avinash, Farhana and Orry understandably dominate the list, and I genuinely love all three of them. But I also feel like people are not ready for how amazing these two are.

Maybe it is partly because they are already established performers, so there is this expectation that of course they are going to be fit, competitive and good at stunts. But I still think what they are doing deserves so much more appreciation. There is something genuinely refreshing about watching two people who have absolutely nothing left to prove still approach every stunt with that much hunger and enthusiasm.

What stands out to me isn't just their performance or how good they are at the stunts. It is the humility. There is something so inherently grounded about both of them that I don't see to the same extent in most of the other contestants.

For them, the hunger to win is obviously there. They are insanely competitive and you can tell they want that victory badly. But alongside that competitiveness, there is this almost instinctive tendency to help, encourage and guide the people around them. And I think that is such a rare quality in a competition like this.

Ritwik guiding Monica through the semi-final stunt in S8 is still one of the best examples of this for me. He knew that helping her could potentially hurt his own chances, yet he still chose to guide her. That says so much more about a person's character than simply being good at a stunt ever could.

Avinash, Farhana and Orry are brilliant in their own ways, and I completely understand why they are the names everyone talks about. But these two deserve to be in that conversation too. Their ability, experience and fitness are impressive, but their sportsmanship is what makes them stand out for me.

There is something incredibly likeable about watching people who have every reason to be arrogant still remain this encouraging and humble. They don't just make the competition better because they are good performers. They make it better because of how they compete.

Ruhi's latest interview debunked Shagun's claims.

Shagun recently posted a story against GK, which was met with obvious backlash because she keeps pushing the narrative that GK bullied him. But once the show actually aired, it became pretty clear who was behaving badly toward whom.

Now Ruhi's own interview makes that narrative even harder to defend. She said:

"I was a little disappointed at first, but then I am so happy I got to do the snake stunt because I overcame my fear. About GK, I felt like he treated me like a little sister. He definitely was not rude to me, and he understood me. He is a gentleman in all terms."

So trying to use Ruhi's experience to build a case against GK when Ruhi herself has said she is on good terms with him is just bizarre. At this point, it really does look like Shagun tried to milk an issue that wasn't even hers to begin with.

And PS: Ruhi also spoke about how she initially didn't appreciate Karan Wahi joking about her when they first met. Instead of letting it fester, she sat down with them, communicated how she felt, and sorted it out. Today, she's apparently on good terms with them.

That is what communication looks like. You address the person involved, sort it out, and move on. You don't sit on resentment, complain about it to your boyfriend from day one, and then turn around and discuss it in a dozen interviews months later.

Honestly, an 18-year-old handled that conflict with more maturity than some people twice her age.

Image whitewashing ka bad attempt by Shagun

Does Shagun genuinely think the editing team personally hates her? Because why would they deliberately cut out the most important part of the reasoning and then proceed to portray her as the villain? She herself is saying that the conversation was longer, that we only saw a small part of her reaction, and that the full context could make it look different.

Okay. But then let's actually look at what happened.

If the reason for sending Ruh to Fear Funda was genuinely just "you're young, you need footage, and I'm older and know the industry better", do you seriously think the more outspoken contestants like Farhana and Harsh would have just quietly accepted that logic and voted for her too?

The person who loses the task goes to Fear Funda. Fine. But if that person also contributed a point to your team, shouldn't that factor into the decision as well? That's literally why Avinash was safe. He won one and lost one. His contribution to the team mattered. But when it comes to GK , suddenly there is this very clear target mindset. And that's what people are reacting to.

And this whole "she's younger, so this was a really brutal experience" argument is also getting ridiculous. Everyone who signs up for KKK knows what kind of show they're entering. You're going to lose stunts. You're going to be nominated. People are going to make decisions against you. Sometimes those decisions will be unfair. Sometimes they'll be personal. That's the game.

And no, this isn't about saying someone should not stand up to him because he is famous. Obviously not. Standing up to someone should never depend on how famous they are. It depends on the stand they're taking. And if your stand is baseless to begin with, sit down!

If GK really said, "I'm older, I know the industry better, you're young, you need footage, so do Fear Funda," then yes, that's a cocky statement. You can absolutely call him out for that. It's condescending and you don't have to agree with it.

But how exactly does that automatically become bullying towards you? And more importantly, if this was such a significant incident, why wasn't this brought up properly in front of the host? Because the person who was supposedly on the receiving end of this treatment was Ruhi herself. And Ruhi has literally been going around calling GK a gentleman.

So I'm sorry, but I'm supposed to believe that this was some deeply traumatic bullying incident, while the actual person involved doesn't seem to be carrying that interpretation herself?

Viewers need to stop playing favorites based on their previous shows

Guess what? EVERYONE IS SLAYING.

Harsh in the wax task. Orry and Farhana in the monkey task. Rubina and Vishal in that task too. Avinash and Ruhi in the plastic bag task. GK and Jasmine in the flight task. Wahi and Ritwik in the physical gameplay task.

EVERYONE IS DOING AMAZING.

So can we PLEASE stop trolling contestants based on one freaking nomination that was made because of their private opinions?

You don't have to agree with someone's nomination. You don't have to like their reasoning. But that doesn't suddenly erase how well they are performing in the actual stunts. GK going down slowly is something to troll him over. GK raising his voice is his character certificate. Rubina being condemning is her nature. Harsh voting for Ruhanika is misogny because he performed bad in the group task. What do you want them to do? Act like aces from the very first stunt!?

THIS ISN'T THAT TYPE OF SHOW

Two things have completely ruined that spirit this season.

First, the decision to vote amongst themselves has taken away from the individuality that made KKK interesting in the first place. Second, the fan-favourite politics have made everything unnecessarily personal and, frankly, boring. Because if these same fans had watched Hina being called out by other contestants for being lucky in S8, or Rubina not having a proxy because literally nobody wanted to do the stunt for her in S12, they would have had a collective stroke.

Because guess what? This show was never about being "humane" or being the nicest person on camera.

I get it. You have your favourites from the Bigg Boss era. You already have your opinions about these people. But you cannot judge a KKK contestant through that prejudice.

Judge them on the stunts. Judge their strategy. Judge their ability to perform under pressure. Judge how they handle the game.

Because at the end of the day, KKK is and always will be a SKILL SHOW.

Not a popularity contest. Not a morality competition. And definitely not a "who made a nomination I personally approve of" competition.

And honestly, the "bullying" narrative needs to be put to rest too. Someone disagreeing with you, calling out your performance, raising their voice during an argument or making a decision you don't like does not automatically make them a bully or your enemy.

Shagun is the real bully and are we even surprised?

GK to Ruhanika: You performed the least number of stunts, so you should go to the pre-elimination stunt.

Avinash & Shagun: You lost your stunt too.

GK: I completed my stunt. You aborted the elimination stunt.

Shagun: So you want a BANNER or what?!

And then this woman goes on to say “GK was bullying me.” GIRL??? 😭😭

How exactly was he bullying you when YOU were the one jumping into the argument, mocking him with the “you want a banner?” comment, and then proceeding to bitch about him to your boyfriend because he overlapped while you were speaking? Be so serious.

And the funniest part is that GK wasn't even the only person who thought Ruhanika should go. GK, Harsh AND Farhana all agreed that Ruhanika had performed the least number of stunts.

Shagun's argument was literally “the way he spoke.”

THE WAY HE SPOKE??? 😭😭MADAM, THIS IS A TASK-BASED SHOW. NOT BIGG BOSS.
She constantly frames herself as this poor little victim whenever someone is confrontational with her, but then we literally see her fighting with people, arguing over the smallest things and bitching about them behind the scenes.

But calling this particular interaction “bullying” while ignoring everything Shagun herself was doing by picking on him and charging on him w Avinash for his opinion is genuinely hilarious.

I hate the concept of team

First of all, I hate the concept of team members deciding who takes the Fear Fanda. This isn't a majority-voting task. Why are contestants collectively deciding who deserves to be punished when the whole point is supposed to be performance-based?

Second, I seem to be very much in the minority here, but I actually agree with GK, Rubi and Harsh on this one. If one person is performing more than one stunt, obviously their probability of losing increases. That's just basic probability. You're taking on more opportunities to fail, so naturally you're more likely to end up with a loss. I genuinely don't understand why this is being treated as some outrageous or unfair argument.

And third, Avinash is definitely cocky. I'll give him that. He's a GREAT player, but he has a pretty bad personality. Both things can be true. You can acknowledge that someone is excellent at the game while still finding them incredibly irritating.

And Shagun... girl, please. 😭 She is such a freaking crybaby and so entitled. The whole "GK, for the way he SPOKE?" thing had me like... MADAM, THIS IS A TASK-BASED SHOW. NOT BIGG BOSS.

Not every disagreement needs to become a moral indictment of someone's character. Sometimes people are just competing. 😭

Let me breakdown the Shagun fiasco

In her first post-KKK interview, Shagun said GK picked on her a little more than the others, while also mentioning that they spoke post-show and she messaged him.

Then interview after interview, the severity kept escalating. Cut to the latest FilmyGyaan interview: “GK bullied me a lot. I would never meet him post-show.” Now Aman Gandhi, who wasn’t even there, is also adding that GK made her cry in the room.

“Bullying” is a serious allegation that can genuinely affect someone's career. You can’t keep escalating and throwing the word around casually.

And honestly, across her interviews, it feels like there has been a very deliberate attempt to build this narrative where everything GK says to her is dissected while she is positioned as the victim.

But yesterday, Harsh was being DRAGGED every two seconds for losing the task, and Shagun too was laughing and adding to it.
Apparently GK also joked about her after she aborted a task.

Honey, if jokes at you are unacceptable, then set the standard by not laughing and mocking others either. You cannot laugh when someone else is being mocked and then suddenly draw a moral boundary when the joke is about you.

ps- again, I’m not saying GK is some saint who has never crossed a line. He can absolutely be overbearing, he can be loud, and he can rub people the wrong way. But the constant escalation from “he picked on me” → “he was overbearing” → “he bullied me a lot” → “I would never meet him again” is something I find very difficult to ignore.

Shagun IS so entitled omg

Oh my god, I’m actually going to crash out because WHAT do you mean you throw a whole tantrum because you want to go, the entire team is against you, you’re being completely self-absorbed, and then the ONLY guy who is actually talking to you calmly and trying to take your side is the one you’re calling a bully???

People can call GK overbearing all they want, but he was genuinely the only one talking to her with so much care and shaanti 😭 Like he was literally trying to reason with her without losing his shit. I would’ve genuinely burst out like Avinash because WHY are you acting like a child omg 😭

First of all, she genuinely seems to have no reality check when it comes to how conversations work in real life. People overlap each other ALL THE DAMN TIME. You cannot expect to deliver a perfectly uninterrupted monologue every single time you speak when you are sitting in a GROUP DISCUSSION. Someone will interrupt, someone will add something, someone will disagree, someone will speak over you. You communicate and move on.

And then she’s been bitching to Aman Gandhi about GK, her “pata hai aaj kya hua” guy as Harsh called him ??? Honey, THIS MAN was the one who supported you participating in the stunt task.?

You don’t have to like GK or agree with everything he does, but calling THAT bullying when he was clearly trying to support and reason with you is wild to me.

AND GK AND JASMINE IN THAT FLIGHT STUNT??? HATS OFF BHAI. INSANE. INSANE. INSANE. 😭😭 As someone with vertigo, I genuinely felt like throwing up just WATCHING that. The height, the movement, the whole thing??? That stunt was GOD LEVEL. I cannot even imagine voluntarily doing that, let alone doing it with vertigo. Absolute madness.

And all of that aside, Farhana and Orry were THE DIVAS of this episode. I had actual goosebumps watching them perform. The way they owned that stage??? INSANE.

Special mention to Ritwik too. WHAT A GUY. 👏

Drop your favorite KKK moments

Now that KKK 15 is ready to go on air, let’s talk about our favorite moments from the previous seasons!

Some of my most memorable ones:

  1. Girls vs. Guys in Season 8 — Nia played so well against Rithvik in the current task that the guys literally started complaining that the current was lower for her 😭 It was so satisfying watching Rohit Shetty shut them up.

  2. Jannat in Season 12 — Season 12 is sooo underrated IMO, and watching Jannat perform was always a delight. Two of my favorite stunts were the one where they had to climb a coconut tree over water and the one where they were hung upside down and repeatedly dipped into the water. She was so good!

  3. Tushar single-handedly completing that Season 12 stunt — I still remember the stunt where they had to jump from one rod to another while the opposing team sprayed them with water. Tushar basically finished the whole thing single-handedly. Such a memorable performance.

  4. Honourable mention: The torture weeks in Seasons 8 and 9 were pure masterclass. Peak KKK entertainment 😭

What are some moments/stunts from previous seasons that still live rent-free in your head?

Shagun looks like shes creating a narrative?

If she herself admits this didn't start in Episode 1, then why was it presented to the audience as if it did? Let the audience watch the entire season and decide whether anyone genuinely "bullied" her instead of planting that conclusion beforehand.

Also, "bullying" is an incredibly serious allegation. It's not the same as contestants poking, teasing, arguing, or having conflicts on a reality show. People have suffered severe mental health consequences because of actual bullying. Throwing that label at a co-star over what appears to be interpersonal clashes is a huge accusation that deserves a high standard of evidence.

Season 8 had plenty of ugly fights too, yet contestants didn't casually slap the "bully" label on co-stars every time there was conflict.

The irony is that this obsession with controlling the narrative is ruining the show itself. Viewers don't need contestants handing them a script on who the victim and villain are before episodes even air.

Btw this stems from a neutral viewers perspective who has been watching kkk since the last 8 years. Its frustrating for someone to slap a tag before we even see the events unfold. She has given over a dozen interviews on how he's a "bully". Bully is a strong word ohmygod.

GK hate is so forced?

I feel like the GK hate in KKK 15 is getting a bit forced.

Yes, he was slow in the first task, but he didn't quit or abort it. It was literally the first time he'd been at that kind of height, so I think it's fair to cut him some slack.

As for the Fear Fanda, I honestly think it rightfully belonged to him and Shagun, so I don't really get the outrage. If not them, then who else deserved to go?

He also did really well in the bullet stunt. His entire back was bruised, yet he still gave a neck-and-neck performance against contestants who were finalists in previous seasons.

It feels like a lot of people have already decided they don't like him—maybe because of his previous show or because of interviews outside KKK. That narrative seems to influence how every performance of his is judged.

Personally, I don't think he's the strongest contestant this season, but he's undeniably a solid contender. And contrary to the popular opinion on this sub, I don't find him particularly annoying or rude either..
