What’s stressing out my plants?
Hello Native Plant Friends 🍃
I would love to hear your insight on what you think is wrong with my plants. Pictured here is my Redbud and Narrowleaf Milkweed. I have a number of other plants with discoloration on their leaves (especially the Goldenrod and Ashyleaf Buckwheats). Does this look like evidence of a widespread fungal
issue? Too dry? Too wet? Something else?
Is there anything very gentle to treat them with (non-toxic) that won’t harm any of the pollinators or bioaccumulate? TIA!

advice for best chance to get unemployment?
like everyone here, my job really sucks. it’s a super toxic work environment, and my manager is very difficult to work with. i’ve been there for 4 years and it just keeps getting worse. i want out, to be my own boss, but i know i cannot file for unemployment if i quit. i’m ok with them firing me, as i have enough professional contacts from this job that like me a lot that they would be stellar references for me.
so, what im asking is——
what are reasons they could fire me where i could file for unemployment afterwards? like, if i just started being terrible at my job? or something else?
what are reasons they could fire me that would deny my eligibility for unemployment? besides the obvious things like violating company policies (i.e. unpermitted time off, theft, etc.)
