Surfacing Shopify Bundle app products + variants?

Hey all,

We're trying to migrate a store from an app store bundling app with Shopify Bundles. Is it possible / how do we surface the Shopify Bundle app products on the PDP? We're trying the storefront API but we cannot get variant selection to work yet.

I was hoping this would be simpler - as it's pretty simple to showcase the products inside the bundle within a cart, but not on the PDP. Are we missing something? Is there a simple or known way to handle this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Anyone else tired of these super unrelated Enterprise Invites?

I'm a software engineer, but I get invites like this for a water-treatment survey. Got one earlier this week to take pictures of houses, and one of the job requirements is that I need to be within 1hr of the job posting location. I live in Michigan; the job posting was in Utah. It's almost daily that I get these insanely irrelevant job postings, so I just mark them as spam now. Anyone else?

[HIRING] Shopify and AI-empowered designer for a quick one-off demo store build

Hello!

We've just launched our Shopify app, and we need to brand our demo store for our Shopify App Store listing. We expect this to be a quick project, completed in the next 1-2 days.

What we need:

  • Please see the demo store for this app listing: https://apps.shopify.com/wrapped
  • We want something exactly like that, premium, in our brand, demo products with branded product imagery, hero image, etc.
  • Bonus if you can produce good, on-brand copywriting, but good, premium imagery is a must.

---

Who we need:

  • A freelancer who knows their way around Shopify Theme Editor and product setup
  • Your own AI subscription for image generation
  • Someone skilled with AI and confident in being able to create product images that match the same or better imagery shown on the demo store mentioned above.
  • Experience with the newest Horizon theme; the settings and layouts are quite different from the previous Dawn-based themes. But if you're technical enough, you can figure it out.
  • No coding required; we're a development agency. Our primary goal is imagery generation and someone to lay out the store using the Theme Editor
  • Someone who can confidently work independently; if I have to manage you for this project, I would just do it myself. Yes, I will provide feedback on the first product image so we're aligned on the branding direction.

Deliverables:

  • 8 Demo products, one image each, short description for each
    • Our app is also in the gifting space; coming up with 8 products that are typically gifted, without copying the example store above, is appreciated.
  • Hero imagery and section
  • On-brand hero copy
  • A completed demo store for our gifting app, so interested users can see our app in action.
  • While a demo, it should feel premium, like the example demo store listing above.

If you cannot confidently produce a storefront equivalent to, or better than, the demo store above, please do not apply. Please do not copy/paste the demo store idea; we want to be unique.

What we have:

  • Logos and basic brand guidelines
  • The store is already setup and ready to go.
  • A full SaaS website for our app that you can reference for copy, colors, etc.
  • Our homepage is already laid out like the demo store, but has no product imagery that would match our brand Neon green. No hero image.

---

Payment:

We pay out via Wise, PayPal, or Upwork. If you want a new Upwork review, we'll leave a thorough one for good work. Please send a flat-rate estimate in your DM.

There are 2-3 hours of work involved here in my mind; I just don't have the bandwidth to work on this properly this week.

Thank you!

Hey guys!

Curious, we've been on Github Copilot for well over a year now, but with the new usage limits and the new 15x usage for Opus, I haven't really been happy with it. I'm looking for alternatives to let my team trial.

We're a Shopify dev agency, and I have the urgency to optimize my team and workflows so we can deliver work faster in the AI era, instead of getting run over. I don't know if using GPT/Claude inside the Copilot wrapper is truly offering that for us.

What AI tool are you providing to your team? Has anyone made any recent switches?

Copilot is nice because it's cheaper than any alternative, but there's not much savings if my team spends more time debugging and manually fixing code. I also like the ability to switch models if something starts going wrong (typically GPT getting stuck, and Claude fixing it or vice-versa)

My team complained about Copilot not being 'very good,' and I've since implemented a full AI 'devkit' for Shopify themes, which has improved outputs nicely.

What I've been exploring:

  • Cursor for teams (how's the limits?)
  • Codex for teams
  • Claude Teams (5 seat minimum, doesn't work us, we only have 3 devs)
  • OpenHands + Codex team or pay-as-you-go plans.

We only work with high-end stores, so I've never felt the need to explore lower-cost, open-source options that might reduce our code output.

Thanks in advance!
