What has helped me

So when I first was targeted I thought "oh, I can't get them because what they're doing SEEMS normal to an observer and it's different people (mostly) each time." But then I realized, there is a pattern to what these people are doing, and statistically it is NOT normal. The numbers don't lie.  Also, it is harassment, and there are legal terms for each behavior they do.  “Targeting” never even has to come up, if you know those other terms, which are valid legal terms.

So now when I document what they do, I note the specific behaviors, and even teach investigators what specific behaviors to look for.  If person x does the same behavior as person y -only when you are present- that is evidence.  I personally also have started not only noting what they do, but what happens when I’m not there via video footage, etc., and plotting it statistically.  The numbers don’t lie.  Someone may not believe you, but they can’t deny the math.  At the very least, you will make them perps work harder.

With investigators, the perps know they’ll be there and may act different, so that’s why an investigator could just be a professional you know- a witness.  Again, the term “targeting” never has to come up.  Once you train them, there is actually a decent possibility they will believe you.  Also, mention logic.  “Notice how the next person also did that?  Does it make sense for someone to do that only right here next to me and for that long?”  You know, that sort of thing.  I have found that on their own, people trained to see it will even say “It’s like they’re on work shifts.”

A common thing perps do is to have the “show” be in your direct line of sight.  It’s not “nowhere” that they are performing, it’s specifically oriented so you can see it, to get your attention.  This is something that can be noted and proven- behaviors that are repeated in your direct line of most visible sight (i.e. in front of you, etc.).

I don’t know how you feel about programming, but for those of us who are programmers, this can be utilized to your advantage.  Pattern recognition is the name of the game, and computers are great at this.  There are even statistics libraries and such you could use in your program, to save time and not have to program the whole thing from scratch.

I honestly hope this helps the real targeted individuals out there.

Sickness after enemies touch my shoulder (yes, I do try to jump away)

I am looking for some perspective on a pattern I have been experiencing over a long period, and I want to see if anyone else has encountered this or has information on it.

Recently, when certain individuals express anger toward me, they will deliberately come up and place a hand on my shoulder. It feels like a very intentional, calculated action meant to cross a personal boundary. A few days after this specific type of contact happens, I notice that I get physically sick or suddenly feel completely "off."

To be completely upfront, I genuinely don’t know what is going on with this. I am trying to figure out if it is a psychological power play meant to break down boundaries, or if it involves some kind of alternative biotechnology/tracking method. I am admitting that I don't know for sure, and I am not trying to jump to conclusions—I am just looking for information.

Has anyone else noticed a delayed physical sickness after a confrontation like this? I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has researched this specific type of pattern.

Possible tracking and locking on tech that makes a target feel nervous for no reason?

One thing I've experienced is an actual physical sensation that something is "locking" onto me, and then making me feel nervous for no reason. It's hard to describe, I don't know what to compare this to. In most situations, despite being a target, I feel calm before this is done. Then once I get the sensation something (electromagnetic radiation, sound wave, I don't know what) has found me and has locked onto me, then I start feeling nervous and sometimes a stimulus is added onto that, like a noise, and then every time I hear that particular noise I get nervous. The noise is not something that would ordinarily make me feel nervous.

I want to make it clear that it's not the feeling of being tracked and locked onto that makes me nervous, I'm use to being targeted- that's light compared to what is done to me, so it's not psychological, but then right after that I get the sensation something is actually being done to me to induce fear. Recently I have noticed perps getting on their phone right before this happens, and then scrolling on their phones when the feeling starts, but this might just be an act to make me think it's their phone.

Any thoughts on what is going on? I've found this to be a common tactic, whatever it is.

I'm wondering if any of the following might be involved: pulsed microwaves, infrasound, rf frequencies, and stalkerware.

It sucks to think that our own government is doing this to its very own citizens. They are truly terrorists. By definition.

And P.S. I am so not looking forward to when 6g comes out.
