How do you ICP-filter an Apollo export with Claude before enrichment?
I run outbound for a small agency and I'm stuck on one part of the pipeline.
I can export leads from Apollo. I have AI Ark and LeadMagic for finding emails, BounceBan for verifying, and Smartlead to use in email campaign . That part I understand.
The middle is where I'm lost: taking a messy Apollo CSV, cleaning it, and filtering it against my ICP with Claude (the $100 plan) or ChatGPT before I spend enrichment credits. My exports come back with the wrong industries, duplicate contacts, broken phone numbers and people who don't fit.
How do you handle this step? Do you paste rows into Claude in batches, use Claude Code with a script, or something else? And what order do you run cleaning, filtering, the email waterfall and verification in?
