Has anyone received their order from woolwala.com
Hi,
I placed an order from woolwala.com on 24th June but still haven’t received it. The AWB they shared with me to track my order shows that the order was cancelled on request of the customer. I reached out to them for help to which they replied that the team shipped the order by air via dtdc by mistake. They also mentioned dtdc doesn’t offer by air option from chandigarh to delhi so they had to change the same.
Anyway, the screenshot they shared with me shows that the order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd July. I have still not received my order and now
i am wondering if I am ever going to receive it or not.
Can anyone please share if they received their order from woolwala.com or not? I am starting to get a feeling that I got scammed by them.
