Window Credit?

Our inspection for a house built in 2009 showed that the windows were in very poor condition. Many had broken seals, discoloration, etc...

There were several other major things that the homeowner is addressing (new furnace installed this year wasn't working, water heater issues, etc...)

Would you ask for any sort of credit on the windows or just suck it up? If so, how much?

Half of Tree Not Growing Well

Anyone know why half of the leaves on this tree aren't seeming to grow?

We planted this tree about 6-8 years ago and it's never done this before. Think it's some type of maple, maybe October Maple.

Live near St. Louis, MO. This tree is on the south side of our house so it gets a lot of sun. There is a birch tree on the side that isn't growing well (north/east side), which has been there for over 10 years and seems to be continuing as usual.

Anything I can do to fix it?

CDR Emails

I did a 5 year renewal for CDR in 2024, so I should be good until 2029. However, I keep getting emails about 2026-2027 renewal, lapse date, etc...

Are they sending these to everyone or should I contact them to make sure they have my correct renewal date on file?

Thanks!
