What should you eat (or avoid) to minimize nausea and maximize fat loss while on GLP-1

I am 3 months into my meds and finally figured out the food situation. Early on the nausea was brutal, I quickly learned that greasy takeout and heavy carbs make me miserable now. To keep the fat loss going without feeling sick, I focus entirely on lean protein like chicken and greek yogurt plus lots of water. Eating small meals throughout the day is a lifesaver, if you’re struggling with side effects, cut out fried stuff immediately.

The struggle is real

The calculator says I need 130 grams based on my lean mass. Realistically with this level of appetite suppression, I am hitting 70 grams on a good day. If I force more, I just throw up. What are your actual daily numbers?
