Tread vs floor start

Fifty classes in and I’ve always started on the tread. But I’ve realized that I want to get stronger and lift heavier. Because of that I feel like I need to start on the floor.

Those of you who used to start on the treads and then switched to a floor start do you think it made a difference?

Sickness

I’ve finally been getting in a groove and going back to OTF regularly. Did last W,Th and Friday and was excited to go back tomorrow. And thennn I got strep. And I feel like once I skip a class, it’s easier to skip the next one. And the next one. And then it’s been a month and I haven’t gone.

There really isn’t any point in this post. I’m just annoyed 😒
