Where can I find a formal dress for around 50,000 yen? I have an American wedding to attend but the styles here are either too frilly for a formal event or too stiff. Where can I find like a silk floor length simple but elegant gown that won’t break the bank?

I’ve been living in Tokyo for a few months and am not used to how to find this kind of formal wear. Not much success in the big department stores because I don’t want gucci or luxury.
