Just wanted to share! Saw this lovely bullsnake (or great basin gopher snake?) during a walk on Cherry Creek Trail in Denver, CO. I was about 12-15 ft away and I believe I caught it slithering across the path from the creek (not picture to the right) back into the shaded grassy area. It looked to be at least 4ft and well fed! :)
