Evri courier concerns UK Pebble
There is a large amount of concern around the notoriously bad UK courier called Evri. Terrifyingly, Pebble is using Evri to deliver Watches to us in the UK. This is a recipe for disaster.
If a pebble is lost by the courier, at what point will pebble replace the watch, if at all. This really could be a long drawn out painful process.
If it’s possible to change courier pebble will save money in the long run in decreased customer service costs and watch replacement costs.
Is it possible for Evri to not be used?
They had to rebrand to “Evri” after their horrific reputation and they’re still horrendous.
