I ordered and cancelled an order on myntra from bhima jewels of 1.10L.
The cancellation failed and it has been a fuck all journey ever since I have spoke with support at least 15 times all they say is give us 24 working hours to get an update but no guaranteed resolution time.
I started speaking with escalation desk but they too just come back every 48 hours asking for another 48 hours, I threatened them with consumer courts and they respond with we can’t help you any more if you don’t give us 48 hours and it just repeats.
The escalation has asked for more time 4 times now with no resolution.
Is there no way to get my money back excluding going to consumer court itself?
