I’ve been using the H1.2 for around 4 months, and during that time I still haven’t received a properly working firmware update.

At this point, I can’t recommend it to anyone because of several ongoing issues:

The China (Factory/Dev side) and the ESSI side (international Heino Discord/community) recently split after internal drama.
Firmware development has been a mess, and H1.2 firmware updates have been unreliable for a long time.
H2.0 is currently having major issues, especially with Faceit support/stability.
Communication has been inconsistent, and fixes keep getting delayed.
