Does anyone happen to know when the 2027 NYSHIP rates will be released?

My partner's employer is significantly changing their options for 2027 (historically good insurance being replaced with crap), but their open enrollment period will be the first half of November. I'm considering having my partner switch and get coverage under my NYSHIP policy instead, but it's a tough call to make without knowing what the premiums will be.
