Consciousness, the soul, the mind — is that what the universe was created for, or is it what created the universe itself?
In the entire universe, there seems to be only one thing that has any real value: consciousness, the soul, the mind. Everything else is insignificant and ultimately meaningless.
This means one of two things: either the Higher Intelligence is the final product of the universe, or everything in the universe is cyclical, and the universe was created by some kind of Higher Intelligence.
