Hi everyone, I'm an international student preparing for the IMAT this year, and I've run into a serious issue with my Universitaly registration. While creating my account, I made two mistakes:

1. I used a non-English character from my local alphabet (a letter with a diacritic) instead of the standard Latin version. I’m worried this will cause a mismatch with my passport during the visa and pre-enrolment process.
2. I mistakenly entered my current city of residence as my birthplace. These two are different in my official documents.

I have already sent a support ticket to the Universitaly team, but the confirmation screen was a bit glitchy and didn't provide a clear Request ID for me to track my ticket.

My question is has anyone had success getting their "locked" personal data changed by support? How long do they usually take to respond? If it's not possible, should I delete the account and start over, or will the system block me because my ID/Passport number is already registered?

I’m feeling quite stressed about this as I don't want a simple typo to jeopardize my exam or visa application.
