Had a blast during Aemeath’s rerun! Immersed in tons of lore discussions and also came across this mini cutscene I hadn’t sene before on the EN side. The Simulator Cockpit’s design UI is soo cool and I enjoyed the subtle nod to the Ginnungamere cabin.

Had initially just planned to just pull for Aemeath’s S3 but somehow ended up getting not just 1, but 2, double back-to-back wins during this rerun & also won the 50/50 ?! 😭 I feel so seen by her

Really grateful though. It’s my first S6 (and likely only) unit in a gacha and I could’ve have asked for better. An absolute amazing lore I’ve gotten to experience & dig into the depths of all across 2026 ♥

Was able to shift my Cost 1 Echoes around so other relevant stats land similarly between both builds (ER, Res Lib%) but it does lower her base Crit DMG by 11% and I’m curious if that ends up being worth the trade off

It’ll be my first time experiencing a live gaming event like this… and I’m traveling across the country for it!

As for why… I feel Wuthering Waves brings so much passion to their artistic vision and effort especially in the way we experience each arcs. At this point there’s been so many times I’ve been left in awe by cutscenes layered with climatic or reflective music over the past two years (after having low expectations from prior experiences). It’s the first time I’ve felt a game actively evolve alongside their audience to meet their interests and provide such inspiring messaging. I heard a CC mention that Kuro takes a “gardener” (adaptable) over an “architect” (fixed) approach to storytelling and I thought that interpretation felt fitting with the ebbs and flows I’ve felt over time.

Across my time playing WuWa the soundtrack has stuck in my head! For me, music is a big part of my life and resonates with how I think and release emotions. I have a wide range I listen to, but I care most about the meaning and undertones. I recently went through a pretty hard time that caused me to feel at odds within myself and face a lot of cognitive dissonance. Immersing in WuWa’s songs, the lyrics, and lore has been really healing for my inner child. It feels so aligned with the optimism I try to hold onto and I think I’d love to be in a huge stadium full of that energy!

I really can’t wait to hear so many of the tracks live and to share the experience with people close to me!! Especially the songs from Tarokiki and Lahai Roi. It’ll also be so cool to be surrounded by a ton of other Rovers for the 1st time!! A brand new vibe since I honestly don’t interact with many people IRL that play WuWa haha

If anyone has been to a live event like this before and has any advice that’d be great! Do fans typically do anything prior at the venue? Do people usually cosplay or dress nicely? Are there any good discords out there to join?

An overall fine stream that did feel slower pace than most. Kuro sneaking this moment at the very end was a great way to bring up the energy though! I enjoyed seeing everyone on stream lose it hahah

Hoping some area exploration in the 3.7 lives up to these visuals and isn’t just domain locked.

…I was so happy to see the Exostrider featured so prominently!

Even though its initial purpose was just to be a carrier of the Sentinels, a technicality I think has been discussed a ton, I’m glad it’s now regarded at the same level as Jue & Imperator given how the Exostrider & Aemeath persevered through 3.X conflicts and found their inner source of strength.

Side-note but also loved when Rover (as Arbiter) granted Exostrider’s wish to be named individually as “Lahai-Roi”!

In 2.X one of my favorite side activities were wuwa photo clubs and it’d be such a blast seeing how unique everyone approached compositions. However, the default camera is so constrained to just idles that it gets pretty hard to retain interest in the photo feature long term..

This event brought back that passion I had for it! The camera even gave me the nostalgia feel of Super Smash Bros by allowing so much ease and creativity in the framing of combat details. And I enjoyed how you can capture multiple characters at once by quick swapping!

If Kuro ever does focus on this studio concept there’s so much I’d love to see added to keep it fresh:

+ Add a variety of bosses to fight up-close, with achievements tied to recreating certain story moments

+ Leverage the feature from Lucilla’s idle to render smaller versions of the photos that can be hung up on an open world bulletin board (like we did for the party in Honami!)

+ Place a physical location in the open world that can be visited during co-op to view another player’s uploaded photos (like within a future housing feature)

I’ve always loved the quality of wuwa’s models & it’s even more impressive to spot the animations hidden in motion. Here’s hoping the event returns again soon, I really did enjoy it while it lasted~

…did our blackout after the party happen just as Aemeath discovered the truth about us deep within void space?

The same moment when Sigillum started to consume Rover’s frequency to open the Stridergate? Is Sigillum why we started to feel tired and had to leave the Honami party early (before the drain left us fully unconscious)?

I composited a few scenes & quotes that resonated with me to bring to life how I envision it all occurring in tandem.

“Time is chaotic within void space”
“Their reply… was a rejection.”
“[Sigillum] was born from my mind.”

To me it fits as the “story we don’t know” since:
• Aemeath is the one experiencing the discovery and even desperately trying to keep it hidden from Rover
• Rover doesn’t recall the longing of his home and that story of theirs is now split off into the form of Sigillum

How did you interpret it?

I remember many of us feeling a lil’ lost about what happened that night and what it was meant to foreshadow (some seeing it as a reason Chisa could have more story potential, which alas..)

Regardless, Honami was such a memorable way to segue into Lahai Roi.. these arcs kickstarted me feeling sm more invested in Solaris’ broader lore

Have adored Carlotta even back when she was Chun in beta (which feels so nostalgic now). Still amazed how far they took her final design while keeping the uniqueness of her design and expressions

Really wish the new photo event was permanent.. It really allows you to appreciate the designs in a new way

Kuro Onroad, an animation brand under Kuro Games, has officially announced a new series for Wuthering Waves featuring our mecha angel 🦭

I’m using S3 Lucy with S0 Rebecca & S0 Shorekeeper since Mornye is tied up for my Aemeath team, so I do get some extra CR to help the ratio.

Is it better to go for a higher crit damage build even if it has one less heavy atk dmg roll? Or should I try optimizing the crit rate build more?

Honestly will miss this Cyberpunk collab patch, was a ton of fun and reenergized my love for WuWa.

Had such a blast building Lucy. Hoping she can stay relevant & hold her weight in endgame for a good while!

I’ve been hype for Lucy to join WuWa since the teaser and absolutely adore her character. I made it a goal of mine to finish her build during the collab patch and grinded a ton in the overworld to farm echoes. How’d I do?

The Kernel Puppet: Anger deals Fusion Damage and is one of the autopuppets influenced by Hsin’s emotions. It appears each attribute reflects an emotion.

My theory is that Aemeath’s anger and frustration regarding Rover’s circumstances fueled her resonance

Translation: “As I keep progressing through the story in Wuthering Waves, I keep liking Aemeath more and more… I never usually like characters with a pink-haired idol-like appearance, so what is happening to me…”

Really impressed by how Kuro handled this collab and Lucy’s design. She feels really fleshed out in both her kit and the quest!
