Recruiter trying to argue with me that POLY schools aren't bad 😭😭

A certain P***K*** (not sure if i can say the name I'm new to the subreddit) is trying to argue with me and keeps giving me poly schools. Thankfully I'm using like 7 recruiters at the same time but this is just proof that we shouldn't trust these recruiters! Always advocate for what you want and stay far away from bad schools.

AVOID LITTLE AMERICA GIMPO

Hi everyone! I recently received a contract from Little America Gimpo and I wanted to share here to help people who may not be familiar with reasons why people reject offers. I have done extensive research over months and although this will be my first time teaching in Korea, I have picked up a few tips across multiple platforms.

  1. NEVER WORK AT POLY OR SLP
  2. 11 DAYS OF HOLIDAY IS STANDARD AND ANYTHING LESS IS ILLEGAL
  3. TRAINING MUST BE PAID
  4. LUNCH TIME IS TO BE TAKEN FREELY (I.e. off campus) AND AWAY FROM CHILDREN
  5. ANY AND ALL WORK IS TO BE PAID (and if the contract talks about extra Saturday work, staff meetings, calls etc) THIS COUNTS AS WORK AND SHOULD BE PAID.

Remember to always study up on the labour laws , read your contract thoroughly and join a labour union if you can. Nothing will ever change if we don't even know our rights!
