The Welcome to Japan Tourist SIM for Japan cover on the front made me think it is a normal SIM card when I bought it. I want a SIM card to plugin and it immediately starts working. Why do I have to do all these steps? I bought it at BIC Camera and I have to go back to see if they know how to use it. I occasionally see 4G on my phone screen but no connection. I am losing money and time every day.
