Do I need to gain weight?

I have lost a lot of weight (15 kg) in like 5 months and I was in a severe deficit for like three of those five months. And I‘ve lost my period. Now I‘m 160cm and weigh 47 kg and I couldn‘t be happier with how I look now. But I noticed that eating so little made me feel shitty and since 2 weeks I‘m slowly increasing my calories to my maintenance again and I already feel so much better, my skin is glowing and I have energy again and I think I even look better. But I still don‘t have my period. Since a few days I also started focusing on healthy fats and stuff like that. And I want to know what else to do? Do I really need to gain a lot of weight? I really don‘t want to. Could eating enough and regularly bring my period back in a few weeks without gaining a lot of weight? My doctor also said my weight is healthy.

How to get my Period back

Hi! In the past months, I‘ve lost 15 kilograms. I‘m 160 cm and used to weigh 62 kg and now I weigh around 47 kg, and I finally feel really comfortable with the way I look and don‘t wanna change that. I‘ve been in a pretty severe deficit and now I‘m already near my maintenance calories again since 1-2 weeks and eat more carbs and fats. But I have lost my period during my weight loss, when I was 57 kg, even though I had a healthy period at a much lower weight just like a year before that, and then I gained weight due to overeating which I have now lost. So my question is, how can I get my period back without gaining weight? 1-2 pounds is not a problem for me, but I dont want to gain a lot of weight because I feel really comfortable in my body, finally. I‘ve got my hormones checked, and everything is normal and within a healthy range, just estrogen is too low. So what can I do?

So, during the past 3-4 months, I‘ve lost around 10 kilograms and I‘ve never had any heavy fluctuations. I‘m 159 cm tall, and I used to weigh 62 kgs and now I weigh between 51-52 kilograms. So, during the past 1 1/2 weeks my weight fluctuated like crazy and didn‘t go down at all. My goal is 48 kilograms. And I don’t do anything different than before. I‘m 100% in a calorie decifit of 700-800 calories, I walk 10k steps and this week especially just fluctuated. One day it was 51,2 kg and the other one 52, then 51,5 and 51,8. So no trend or anything. Why could that be? Have I done something wrong? I‘m just frustrated and confused. I‘m also not on my period and haven‘t been eating larger or more carbs. Does anyone have some advice?
