I would love it if we could walk past Lauri and re-enter the in-between. The maps are built, there is loot and enemies in them, just leave the lamps still turned on with Lauri not appearing. Clearly effort was put into those areas so it would be cool to revisit, especially given their unique atmospheric. Having the extra space/ map area would also help with keeping the game fresh considering there are no current plans for more maps.

Weirdly enough the most fun part of making this was forcing myself to take weapons I never use!
Normally I run an assault rifle, but the Mosin with a Sagia was pretty refreshing! Even more fun with them both being unsuppressed so clearing the area to record was... fun.

Let me know what you think of my Radius Survival Guide so far. I've already though of some th8ings to change, but you're always you own biggest critic.

I have some head cannon to explain things, but I have to admit, I’m an ‘inside the box efficiency’ thinker. I’m certain there are some creatives out there with something much more eloquent they have in their head.

So here’s some examples of my head cannon.

The metal clanking that sponges make is because the radius is still learning what things are made of and what noises they make. It’s not a bug, it’s a feature of the story.

The ash figures that we recover weapons from are explorers that failed to reach the center of the radius as they were instructed. That’s why their weapons are broken and still there, degrading over time. They aren’t respawning, forever doomed in their place of rest where the radius lost its patience with them. Forever a reminder to future explorers of the consequences of ignoring the instructions to reach the center.
