After yowling at the front window and clawing the sofa to wake me at 4:30am, Gordy is now sleeping like a baby while I’ll be up for the rest of the day. Sigh, it’s his world and I’m only here to make it enjoyable.

At a community concert to celebrate Veterans last night, I was moved by this couple when the man struggled to his feet to hold his wife close. The band was doing a creditable cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven” ❤️
