Brown goo on every fresh leaf?
Had our lil guy for maybe two years, he dropped all his leaves in the first few months we had him and ever since he's tried to pop out new ones and each time they get this brown fluid, turn brown and shrivel up. We've repotted him into a well draining mix, let the soul dry out between waterings, and put him in the sunniest window. He just popped out these baby leaves a few days ago and the brown thing is happening again. Tips and advice much appreciated!!
