Heros with base damage perks that work with totally rocking out

I have tested a bunch of heros and found that Cloaked Shawdow, Fireflower Eagle Eye, Zenith, Hybrid, Razor, and Sgt Tank Gatling do double damage with Totally Rocking Out.

Heros that don’t work

Cottontail eagle eye, field agent rio, mayhem, steel wool Anthony, kurohomura, staredown southie, Jilly teacup, deadly star scorpion, snuggle specialist Sarah, dashing hare Ken, bladestorm enforcer, monks, gold Knox, conqueror magus, flutter, electro pulse penny, riot control Izza, Kyle the 13th, thunder thora, thunder strike Mari, Hotwire, saboteur bull, wukong, carbide, prickly patroller Ramirez, demolished Jonsey, raven, Sgt winter.

Not tested

Red willow because her perk do not work. I need more time to test heavy base Kyle and buccaneer Ramirez.

I used Tro and happy holidays while having rocking rift active to see if there was a difference. Please let me know if I forgot any heros or got something wrong.

Can all hero base damage perks crit?

I’m wondering if hero’s with base damage perks like Wukong, Thunder Thora, Dashing Hare Ken, and Staredowm Southie for example can crit with totally rocking out. I know Cloaked Shadow can crit with totally rocking out. Does anyone know of any others hero perks that use base damage that can crit with totally rocking out?

Six perk stacking with Zenith and Wukong

Loadout and perks

Zenith in lead Totally rocking out team perk, Farrah, Wukong, rabbit raider, fumble, battle beat

Cloudburst reload, fire rate, crit rate, crit damage, steam cloud

Dragon claw reload, crit rate, crit damage, damage to mist monsters, Roman candles

Midnight stalker 2x crit damage, crit rate, reload, reloading causes an explosion

All 3 of these weapons and six perks can trigger Wukong’s explosion and can crit triggering zenith. The steam cloud activates the Roman candles by holding the dragon claw and by reloading the midnight stalker, it can explode on its own without firing but you need to shot anyways to need to reload. From my understanding the Hero Ability Damage (HAD) and crit damage and crit rate perks it is boosting the six perks damage. Also Wukong and zeniths affliction are also boosted by HAD. Please correct me if I’m wrong. This build is great at crowd clearing and freezing smashers but lacks single target damage. Also I know the midnight stalker is a weird choice especially with having near full hp but I’m pretty sure it’s the only six perk that works with this build and it adds extra damage even if it’s not the most it can do.

Also the Roman candles are visually bugged and are doing energy damage instead of fire which it says in game.

Freezing explosive steam cloud with Roman candles

The steam cloud activates Wukong’s perk, and the Roman candles six perk activates by switching weapons. The load out is Zenith in the lead with totally rocking out, breakbeat wildcat, rabbit raider, fumble, Wukong, and Farrah in support.
