Does anyone have any experience switching from one ssri to another after the first stopped working?

I’m switching from sertraline to lexapro and feeling very worried about being treatment resistant since the first one pooped out.

I have generalized anxiety and panic attacks. Hoping the lexapro helps. Any advice would be great 🙏
