Face moisturizer for perioral dermatitis

Two months ago I experienced a terrible case of perioral dermatitis, around my eyes, lips, and nose (even earlobes) after taking some corticosteroids eye drops.
Since then I've been trying to repair my skin using sebamed omega 12%
It works well against itchiness and reducing redness. However, my skin appears so flaky and dry just the next day. After I shower or wash my face with a cleanser, I can see the flaky, scaly skin. Sometimes it bleeds too because it's so dry. My face has looked awful for the past two months and I can't find a balance between light gel (which irritates my perioral areas, burns and itches) and a thick heavy cream (which somehow makes my skin flaky)
So I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience and could recommend me an everyday moisturizing (and skin healing) face cream? I'd be so grateful!
