Has anyone ever ordered through https://esapparelshop.com/? They said they would ship my order in 3 days on their facebook page when the items dropped, but it has been nearly 2 months and I have never received my order.

I’m pretty upset since I’ve reached out through their website which is currently down and I’ve also reached out through their instagram page and I have received no response… This is the first time I bought a shirt from them and it was a birthday gift. They just stole my money.
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with them.
