Can anyone recommend someone or a company that can de-pin and weld a barrel?

With the cost of ammo going up, where do you guys find it at a decent price?

a month/month and a half ago I paid $80 for 200 rounds of 5.56, same box is now between $125 and 160 depending on where I go
