actually had this sort of whitehead / milia at my philtrum for months. (it is hard and not soft) yesterday my hands were itchy and i tried to poke with a needle and squeeze it but it didnt do anything. but it became very painful. and today, it became big n painful whenever i stretch the skin (when i smile or open my mouth too big). n now the pic attached is this. FML really
