MCA DEBT
Looking for some help.
I have an MCA which I’m on the tail end of payoff with 6 months left.
However I’ve been at this for nearly 2 years bleeding myself dry while also trying to be a human being to my family and employees.
It’s drowning.
Daily withdrawals are 7K.
Remaining balance is 1M.
Came from 2.5M so I’ve made huge progress and I do see the light but honestly I’m over it.
Anyone know of a law firm that will take this case strong and get me a lump sum settlement?
Basically I’m looking to call them, say listen - I know what I signed. I messed up. I made a bad decision.
However you guys did the triple-back-flip-double-do-ya refi, netted me 700k on a “deal” where the original amount funded was 1.6M and paid yourselves off the other 900k or so I owed you in other debts I was upside down in.
They know what they did.
And I have 500k im willing to pay out in a lump sum.
I haven’t defaulted, but I absolutely will if that’s what needs to be done for negotiations.
