I can afford the 16gb variant macbook air m5. But with streching can do 24gb

At same price I am getting laptops with rtx 5060 with Ryzen 7 / i7 hx.

Which one will be better?

What if I later want to run AI models locally?

Or do AI/ML stuff in general?

Is all of these work mostly done in cloud or some locally too?

What about the mtech project 1 and 2?

In which case do I need the rtx?
