Neighbour installing roofing on our side of the party wall
Hoping for some advice.
We live in a strata title unit block next to a terrace with a party wall.
In the past, the neighbour has added drains and vents on our side of the fence without strata approval. They have also accused our plants of causing mould damage to their property and subsequently applied poison to our plants without permission.
Our neighbour yesterday was photographed on our property installing some patio roofing over their garden which extends 50mm onto our physical property bounds and drains into our property.
No approval was requested nor granted.
They are fairly constantly on our property, for example, parking on our common property, and I am getting fed up with this behaviour.
What should I do about their use of our property and of the works they have done?
