"Access forbidden" on nearly every video

Been trying to download videos with Open Video Downloader and nearly every single one is locked into Access Forbidden no matter what it is. This is very recent, as it was working perfectly fine a week ago, and no matter what I do it will not download most videos now. Nine times out of ten I get the error. Can anyone help?

I'm doing a Substack newsletter for (mostly local) entertainment happenings and I plan to close each edition with a quote from a filmmaker, actor, etc. Can anyone give me some nice ones? Thanks!
