My Brian Johnson LP Collection

I've had these 4 albums since the 80s.

Geordie "Don't Be Fooled By The Name" 1974
Geordie "Hope You Like It" 1973
Brian Johnson and Geordie - Stamped "For Promotion Only" by MCA Records 1981
Brian Johnson "Strange Man" 1982

The bottom two are just collections of Geordie songs, apparently trying to cash in on Brian's newfound fame at the time. Those were both found at a used record store around 1984.

The top two I got via a magazine ad for "Shane's Record Finding Service" saying they could find rare albums. I paid for the two Geordie albums, and "Hope You Like It" arrived immediately. SIX YEARS later, I get a package in the mail with "Don't Be Fooled By The Name" with no explanation why it took so long. I had completely forgotten about it by then.

I have no idea how rare any of these are, but they are treasures to me!

Malcolm & Brian's Favorite Tracks on FOTS

I ran across this clip of a 1983 interview while the band was on the eve of their Flick of the Switch tour. Malcolm and Brian were asked their favorite tracks on the album. At first Malcolm says he doesn't know because it's so new, but then says his initial favorites are "Guns For Hire" and "Flick of the Switch." Brian said "Nervous Shakedown" was his "personal favorite." Simon Wright is also there and says something but I can't understand what he said.

Here's the clip: https://earofnewt.com/2018/11/21/that-time-i-asked-acdcs-malcolm-young-and-brian-johnson-what-their-fave-tunes-were-on-the-new-flick-of-the-switch-album/

Edit: Malcolm Said "Rising Power" not "Guns for Hire" - sorry about that.

I was flipping through my freshman yearbook yesterday and had forgotten that in the "Year in Review" section there was a blurb about the last episode.
