Since Amanda’s timer didn’t start until she stood up, could she have stayed seated until Donnie woke up, explained the situation to him (can you speak at all with the RBT on? or maybe if she just freed her hands she could mime to him), and have him throw up the key? Or, if that didn’t work, wait until he pooped it out? It might take a while, but nobody would have to die

It makes sense that it happened the way it did since she was (understandably) panicking, but I’ve been wondering if it was a secret third possibility
